Made Just for You

Every Strange Little Planet item is made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to one of our production partners to be printed, checked, packed, and prepared for its journey to you.

Processing Time

Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days.

During holidays, high-volume periods, or occasional product availability delays, production may take a little longer.

Please remember that production time and shipping time are separate. Your order must first be made before it begins its trip to you.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs are calculated based on your order, destination, and available shipping method.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, you'll receive it after your order ships so you can follow its journey.

Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in more than one package. Because our products can be fulfilled by different production facilities, items from the same order may occasionally ship separately.

Don't worry if one item arrives before another—the rest of your order may still be on the way.

Because our products are made to order and can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible through First Contact and include your order number.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

International delivery times may also vary due to customs processing.
