Every Strange Little Planet item is made to order especially for you. Because we don't keep shelves of pre-printed apparel waiting for adoption by Earthlings, aliens, or cryptids, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, or changes of mind.

Please review the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Wrong Size or Color Ordered

Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we cannot generally offer returns or exchanges when the wrong size or color was selected during checkout.

Please double-check your selection and consult the available size information before ordering.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows unusual delays or you believe your package has been lost, contact us through First Contact with your order number.

We'll investigate the shipment and help determine the next step.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can enter production quickly after they're placed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to help, but once production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
