What is Strange Little Planet?

Strange Little Planet is a vintage-inspired apparel brand for people who enjoy UFOs, cryptids, strange creatures, and the wonderfully weird side of life.

Around here, strange is normal.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Each item is made specifically for you after your order is placed. This means we don't keep large inventories of pre-printed shirts sitting around waiting for an Earthling to adopt them.

How long will my order take?

Most orders are produced within approximately 2–7 business days before shipping.

Shipping time is additional and depends on your location and the shipping service available for your order.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, when tracking is available. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Please allow a little time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping notification arrives.

How do I choose the correct shirt size?

Check the sizing information provided on the product page before ordering.

Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot exchange an item because the wrong size or color was selected.

When in doubt, measure a shirt you already own and love and compare those measurements with the size chart.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because our products are made to order, we generally don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size or color selection.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us. We want to make it right.

What if my shirt arrives damaged or misprinted?

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue.

We'll review the problem and help determine the appropriate solution.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because orders can enter production soon after they're placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.

Why did I receive only part of my order?

Don't panic—the mothership probably didn't take the rest.

Items in the same order can occasionally be produced or shipped separately. This means one package may arrive before another.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping availability depends on the product and destination.

International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

What if my package appears to be lost?

If your tracking hasn't updated for an unusual amount of time or you believe your package has been lost, contact us through First Contact with your order number.
